Overview
The Springfield Regional Arts Council's Arts & Culture Grant Program supports nonprofit arts and cultural organizations through two grant options: the Program Support Grant (available annually) and the Operating Support Grant (available every 3 years). These grants fund operational expenses, programs, projects, events, performances, classes, exhibitions, and collaborative initiatives.
Program Support Grant
Total allocation of $120,000. Individual agencies eligible to apply for up to $10,000. $30,000 earmarked for Springfield agencies; $90,000 available to the SRAC's 27-county region. Supports events, performances, classes, exhibitions, and collaborative projects.
Operating Support Grant
Available in 2027 (next open cycle February 2027). Provides $20,000 annually for three years to five Springfield arts organizations. Funds can support rent, marketing, facilities, and technical equipment. Requests cannot exceed 50% of an organization's annual budget.
Eligibility
Applicant must be a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, government entity, school district, or tax-exempt faith-based organization. SRAC membership required (annual memberships range from $50 to $500). Fiscally sponsored organizations are not eligible. Previous grant recipients may apply again.

Application Requirements
