Educators and students can experience ceramic arts through in-person museum tours, hands-on activities, mobile outreach (MudMobile), and virtual experiences led by AMOCA educators and teaching artists.
K-12 Field Trips
- Fee: $15 per student; free for Title 1 schools
- Maximum of 60 students per visit
- Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance
College and Adult Tours
- College groups: free
- Adult groups: $15 per person for 7-20 participants; $100 flat fee for 1-6 guests
- Groups accommodate 7-20 participants
MudMobile Visits
- $500 per class within a 15 mile radius
- $750 per 2 classes at same location within a 15 mile radius
- $100-$200 surcharge for locations within a 16-30 mile radius
- School site must provide tables, chairs, access to water, and an invested adult to oversee activities
Virtual Tours
- Docent-led (synchronous) and self-led (asynchronous) options available
