Event Overview
Join the Anagama Kiln Firing at The Hambidge Center. Ceramicists will glaze and load work on Friday, October 9 at 9am. Firing begins that evening and continues through Sunday afternoon, October 11. Unloading takes place the following Saturday, October 17. Visitors are welcome to observe for free with advance arrangements.

Participation
Interest in the anagama firings is high, so participation is determined by lottery approximately 3 months before each Spring and Fall firing. Signing up does NOT guarantee a place in the firing. Selected participants will be notified shortly after the sign-up deadline and will then register and pay the workshop fee.
