The festival is a proven place to exhibit and sell work, with 2026 artists reporting an average of $17,916 in sales.
Open to all artists. Artists may apply with multiple applications if they have work in different media categories or distinctly separate bodies of work within one category.
Submit 4 images of artwork plus 1 booth image (5 artwork images for Emerging Artist Program applicants). All work must be original and created by the applying artist, well-conceived and expertly executed. Artist statements are reviewed by the jury.

Over $30,000 in Purchase Awards. Emerging Artist Program awardees receive $5,000 unrestricted grants (90% disbursed upon signing the grant contract, 10% after final report and exit interview). Artists retain all revenue from sales; CherryArts does not take commission.
For artists at the beginning of their careers with little to no experience exhibiting or selling work in galleries or festivals, generally fewer than 5 years. Applicants receive a reduced booth fee ($350), provided tent, workshops, artist mentoring, and lodging support. Artists may apply to either the Emerging Artist Program or general show, but not both. Emerging Artist applicants submit 5 images of artwork instead of a booth image.
Proof of liability insurance naming CherryArts as additional insured with minimum $2,000,000 general liability coverage is required. Short-term event policies available for those without existing policies. Load-in is the day prior to the show with assigned times. 24-hour security provided.
