Overview

The 6-year conceptual funding contribution supports institutions in the performing arts sector in the City of Zurich.

Eligibility

• Institutions in the performing arts with a seat and location in the City of Zurich.
• The application must have a connection to the City of Zurich.
• Professionalism: The Cultural Department exclusively supports professional cultural creation in the fields of performing arts, film culture, literature, music, and visual arts.

Exclusion Criteria

• Institutions that receive indefinite funding from the City of Zurich.
• Institutions that simultaneously receive other funding from the City of Zurich (e.g., from the Social Department) for the same purpose.
• Institutions that primarily work for profit.

Submission Information

• Electronic submission: Applications are only accepted in electronic form.
• Language: Applications and necessary documents can be submitted in German or English. The application process is conducted in German.
• Completeness and timeliness: The application must be complete and submitted on time.

• Currently, no applications can be submitted.
• Next deadline expected: June 2028. The exact date will be announced in due course.
