GES Desarrollos launches the GES Prize for the Arts 2026 in collaboration with Bandadas, promoting dialogue between art, architecture, heritage, and habitable space. Visual artists nationwide are invited to present an original site-specific installation artwork for Palacio Molina's hall, located in the historic ex-Alpargatas factory building in the Barracas neighborhood.

Open to visual artists 18+, Argentine citizens or naturalized citizens, or foreign nationals with legal and effective residence in Argentina for the three years prior to the call opening. Individual or collective participation allowed.

Develop an original project conceived specifically for Palacio Molina, privileging proposals that comprehend the space as an integral experience and establish a connection with the building's patrimonial, historical, and urban identity.

  • Winning project: Prize Acquisition equivalent to USD 7,000 in Argentine pesos
  • Up to three finalist projects: USD 1,000 each in Argentine pesos for proposal development
