Get matched →The Multnomah County Cultural Coalition is accepting grant applications for Community Cultural Participation (CCP) grants of up to $3,000 to support cultural events, programs, and operating support for activities happening in 2027. The program concentrates on creative communities and projects that benefit from MCCC funding, with emphasis on supporting organizations serving communities historically neglected by or excluded from institutional funding for arts and culture.

Organizations with annual operating budgets under $500,000 and $100,000 are encouraged to apply. In 2025, 73% of funded organizations had an annual operating budget of less than $500k. MCCC prioritizes supporting smaller organizations and groups. Funding comes from the Oregon Cultural Trust.
