Overview
The 17th Annual Old Town Art Show is a carefully juried, two-day event held on Palm Sunday weekend in Saint Augustine, Florida. Open to all artists and fine craftsmen producing original work. The show is produced by artists for artists.

Setup & Breakdown
- Friday setup: noon–7 pm (field locked and security on-site at 7 pm)
- Saturday setup: 7 am–9 am
- Check in at registration tent for space assignment before unloading
- All canopies must be properly weighted; staking permitted and encouraged
- Sunday breakdown: 4:01 pm–7:30 pm (all exhibits must be removed by 7:30 pm)
Booth Requirements
Exhibitors must provide professional WHITE canopies. Booth displays must be neat and attractive with tables covered to the ground. Work exhibited and booth design must be consistent with submitted images. Limited electricity available by prior approval; email for details and cost.

Jury & Notification
All applications are juried in the order received. Applicants will be notified of their status within 10 days of the deadline. A waitlist is kept by category.

- Application Fee: $30 (non-refundable). Booth fees: 12x12 Single $375, 24x12 Double $750, Corner (Quad) varies. Late fee $50 if payment received after February 12.
