Sculpture Lounge invites independent makers, craftspeople, artists and designers to participate in a winter showcase at their studio building in Holmfirth. All types of work are eligible. This is not an art fair; artists do not need to be in attendance. The organizer handles all representation and sales. The venue attracts 1,500–2,000 visitors and features work through their website, social media, press releases, and a mailing list of over 4,000 people.

  • Submission deadline: Friday 18th September 2026 at 5 pm
  • Selection: Ongoing, with final decisions by 25th September
  • Stock delivery: By 5:00 pm Friday 13th November
  • Exhibition: Friday 27th, Saturday 28th, and Sunday 29th November
  • Collection of unsold items: Before 5:00 pm, 18th December

Open to independent makers, craftspeople, artists and designers. All types of work are eligible; however, there is a strong market for Christmas gifts at this time.

Submit up to four typical examples of your work. Items must be individually priced and delivered in packaging suitable for re-use upon return shipping. Work must be delivered in person or by courier.

It is free to apply and take part. Sculpture Lounge takes 40% sales commission and does not add VAT. Artists receive 60% of any sales. Stock is supplied on a sale or return basis.

The main exhibition space is on the first floor of an old textile mill and is only accessible by staircase at this time; the venue is not yet fully accessible.

All events are featured on the website and subject to a social media campaign. The organizer aims to feature every maker at least once on socials, issues press releases to local and regional press, and lists events on local and regional 'What's on' listings. Professional signboards are displayed locally for several weeks before the event, and promotional materials are produced.
