Get matched →Dama Gallery, a cultural anchor in Midtown Ventura since 2011, is accepting submissions for its 2027 exhibition program. The gallery occupies a historic 100-year-old building with a 3,000-square-foot exhibition space presenting solo and group shows through a rigorous curatorial process. Selected artists may be featured on The Gallery Hangover Podcast for added visibility.
Open internationally to all artists. Each artist may submit 1 proposal.

$35 for the first 3 images. Additional images cost $5 per image, up to a maximum of 20. Fees support curator time, portfolio reviews, exhibition publications, artist stipends, and program execution.
Submissions are reviewed on an ongoing basis with selections made throughout the month. Artists are encouraged to submit early. Selection is based on quality, clarity, and strength of work, as well as overall preparedness for exhibition. The curatorial process is intentional and meticulous.
Dama Gallery retains a 50% commission on sales, with payment remitted within 5–7 business days of a completed sale.
