Cité internationale des arts, Paris, France

This research and creative residency programme, launched by the Françoise Association and the Cité internationale des arts, explores the links between contemporary art, psychiatry and the humanities. It is conceived as an open research space (not a therapeutic programme) and is open to artists of all nationalities whose practice resonates with the notion of the 'clinical' — a situated approach as close as possible to the subject, attentive to real-life narratives and experiences, and engaging in a reflection on the challenges of care.

The laureate will receive bespoke support from Albertine de Galbert, a clinical psychologist and exhibition curator, and from the programme's partners.
