The festival takes place the first full weekend of November and includes live music, craft beverages, food, nature experiences, and children's art workshops.
Open to artists, designers, makers, and artisans 18 years of age or older. All exhibited items must be original, handcrafted by the exhibitor, and meet the festival's art/design standards. Commercially manufactured items, items from commercial kits or molds, trademarked branding, and imported goods are not permitted.

Nonrefundable application fee: $50 for regular jury applications. (Early bird applications with a $35 fee had a deadline of June 16, 2026, now closed.)
Booth fee due by August 26. Outdoor booth spaces are 10' x 10' (standard) or 10' x 20' (limited availability). Exhibitor amenities include website profile, continental breakfast both days, Saturday night celebration dinner, program listing, volunteer booth sitting, and easy load-in/load-out with free exhibitor parking.
Candidates on the waitlist will be ranked by jury score and medium or category. Notifications will be emailed as spaces become available before and after September 15, 2025. Waitlisted artists must confirm their place and submit booth fee upon acceptance notification.
