Sarasota Fine Art Show by Hot Works at JD Hamel Park, located in downtown Sarasota directly across from Marina Jack's. This 100% outdoor, waterfront setting offers exceptional visibility from US-41/Tamiami Trail and attracts affluent residents, boaters, and seasonal visitors. The park provides convenient parking, is within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and combines visibility with a high-quality audience.

  • Submission deadline: December 1, 2026
  • Artist notification: December 6, 2026
  • Event: Saturday & Sunday, March 6-7, 2027, 10am-5pm
  • Friday move-in: 8:30am-6pm; Saturday morning (ready by 9:15am)

All media accepted. Applicants must create their own original work.

Applications accepted electronically at www.zapplication.org. Jury of art professionals selects based on originality, technique/execution, and overall booth presentation. Upon acceptance, booth fee is due 60 days before the show.

  • Jury/Application fee: $35
  • Booth: 10' x 10' = $510; 10' x 15' = $775; 10' x 20' = $1,020
  • Corner add-on: $75
  • Ad in Event Program: $75
  • Light Dome Tent rental: $275 (includes setup and tear down)
  • Light Dome Tent with Pro-Panels rental: $475 (includes setup and tear down)
  • Electric: not available

Include three images of your most compelling work and one image of your booth display as it will appear at the show. Submit at www.zapplication.org.

Artists will be notified of acceptance, rejection, or waitlist status. Accepted artists will be assigned a designated booth space visible on the website about one week prior to the show. Artist packages are emailed before the show.

Hot Works provides a comprehensive, high-impact marketing campaign including TV, radio, print, digital advertising, social media, postcards, and banners. Friday move-in available; cold water and fruit provided; convenient parking; booth sitters available; overnight loss prevention provided Friday and Saturday.
