The competition groups Ibermúsicas member countries in pairs, requiring composers to partner with musical groups from a designated partner country. One project will be awarded per member country.
Composers must belong by nationality or certified residence to Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Uruguay, or Venezuela. Each composer may submit only one proposal.
