Arizona Wine Country Artists Village Spring April 2027

Overview

The ninth Arizona Wine Country Artists Village art fair is held in Old Town Cottonwood, Arizona, on a flat grassy field steps from Main Street. Only 30 minutes from Sedona and 10 minutes from Jerome, the event attracts visitors from the region, state, and beyond. There will be 36 booth spaces available. Art that may appeal to tourists is strongly suggested.

• Load-in: Thursday, April 23rd after 3:00 PM or Friday morning 6 AM
• Event: Friday, April 24th through Sunday, April 26th, 2027

Location & logistics

Old Town Activity Park, 187 E Pima Street, Cottonwood, Arizona. Adequate parking for hundreds of visitors. Old Town Cottonwood features fine-dining restaurants, bakeries, shops, galleries, and ten wine-tasting rooms.

Fees

• Application fee: $35
• 10'x10' booth: $300
• 10'x15' booth: $450
• 10'x20' booth: $600
• Sales tax rate (City of Cottonwood): 9.850%

Eligibility & restrictions

• No buy-sell/resale items
• No personal care, home improvement, travel, food or beverage items
• You may only display and sell products represented in your application

Application requirements

All applications are processed through Zapplication. Submit five photos (four of your work and one of your booth display), an artist statement, and image descriptions. The jury will evaluate only these materials and image descriptions; no identifying information should be included in photos. Provide clear, professional images and a succinct artist statement.

Jury process

All applications go through a blind jury process. Jury scores will not be released. All decisions of the jury panel are final. Participation in previous festivals or longstanding history with the festival is appreciated and taken into consideration but does not guarantee future acceptance.

Refund policy

Full space rent refund if artist cancels by April 15, 2026. Application fees and business license fees are not refundable. All cancellation requests must be received in writing or email. Cancellations made prior to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on April 15, 2026, receive a full refund less credit card fees and a $75 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations after 5:00 p.m. MST on April 15, 2026.
