Get matched →The 2nd Black Brazil Art Biennial invites individual artists and collectives to submit contemporary artworks, research projects, or curatorial works addressing the theme of cartography and hybridity of the female body from visual and affective perspectives. Selected works will be exhibited in a virtual gallery and live performances will take place on Zoom.
Brazilian and foreign artists resident in Brazil for more than five years.
All categories are accepted (painting, sculpture, photography, installation, textiles, video art, etc.). Digital works are particularly recommended. Performance artists not submitting video performances must present live on the Zoom platform.
Each participant, individual or collective, may submit up to two works in up to two categories.
