About
Overview
A new boutique art and craft show at St. Armands Circle, a premier European-style outdoor shopping district established by John Ringling in 1926. The show will feature a maximum of 66 artists with less competition and more opportunities to connect with shoppers. Focus is on handmade and artist-designed items, but the jury will also consider unique and creative gift ideas, authors, inventors, and designers for holiday gift giving.

- Setup: Saturday, 5am–9am (no day before setup)

- Outdoor setting near Lido Key Beach with over 140 high-end boutiques, galleries, and restaurants
- Designated artist parking lot (first come, first parked)
- Overnight self-contained parking available ($50; must depart by 9pm Sunday)

Booth Requirements & Details
- Approximately 10' wide by 10' deep with at least 2 feet between booths
- Booth and half and double booths available on limited basis
- Only 81 booth spaces available
- All artist exhibitor tents must be white (except branded sponsor booths)
- No cheap camping tents; pop-up tents not recommended; if used, minimum 40 pounds per leg (160 pounds total) required
- Displays must be professional and pleasing to the eye; no handmade signs
- Display must reflect photos submitted for jurying (booth checks Friday am)
- No chairs or displays in walkways or obstructing neighbors without director approval
Fees & Payment
- Application Jury Fee: $25 (early bird and standard)
- Late Application Jury Fee: $35
- Booth space: $499 if paid before August 24, $599 if paid after
- Corner booths: additional $100 (limited; prioritized by jury scores)
- Overnight self-contained parking: $50
Eligibility & Application
- Artist – made by my hands
- Artist – production/studio work (no more than 2 assistants)
- Artist – studio work with more than 2 assistants
- Craft – made by my own hands
- Craft – production/studio work (no more than 2 assistants)
- Inventor – created an innovative concept that is put into production
- Designer – creates all designs and images that may be utilized in final creation
- Other, describe – fair trade and anything NOT made by your hands
- Sponsor (start $600) – all other service businesses; limited to 4–6 spaces
Restrictions & Policies
- Categories capped with no more than 25% jewelry
- Electric NOT available
- Easy load in and out next to booth (weather providing)
- All vehicles must be off festival footprint by 9am Saturday
Marketing & Advertising
Participating artists are listed on the Facebook event page. The event includes social media ads, posters, rack cards, local tourism websites, local area signs, and print ads.
