Flemish artists and arts professionals in visual arts, performing arts, music and sound are invited to apply for a 3-5 day mobility exchange in Southeast Europe to job-shadow at a partner arts organization, build networks, and report back on their experiences.

Get matched →Flanders Arts Institute and Kooperativa are offering a mobility programme for Flemish artists and arts professionals to immerse themselves in the Southeast European arts sector. Participants will spend 3–5 days job-shadowing at a partner arts organization, learning from their practices and building networks within the local ecosystem.
You will job-shadow at one organization for 3–5 days, follow their work, learn their practices and reality, and build your network. After the trip, you will report on your experience in a format suited to you: written report, video, talk, sound recording, or another form. All reports will be hosted on an online platform shared with the Flemish arts sector. A gathering for all participants is planned for fall 2027.
