Overview
International Visitors Programme for Institutions (IVPI) is a support scheme proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a pilot and part of their wider effort to simplify, professionalise, and consolidate their international delegate programmes within the Norwegian Arts Abroad network.
