Overview
The Alexander Tutsek Foundation is offering its fourth year of the Artist and Child Support Program. The program supports freelance female glass artists living in Germany who are mothers of young children, providing comprehensive funding to enable artistic practice while managing childcare and career development.
Eligibility
Applicants must be female freelance glass artists with completed formal artistic training, mothers of children aged older than one year but not yet of school age, with the child living in the same household. Residency and permanent residence in Germany is required.
Awards
Up to five 12-month stipends beginning January 1, 2027, each providing 5,000 EUR per month. The funding enables artists to afford comprehensive child care, attend educational programs, take courses, rent a studio, and pursue artistic experimentation and professional projects.
