Established in 1980 in Taiwan, the Lih Pao Group, rooted in the construction industry, recognizes the intrinsic link between architecture, sculpture, and the environment. The Lih Pao Cultural Arts Foundation has been organizing the Lih Pao International Sculpture Biennial Awards since 2011. Through fostering international cultural exchange and collaboration, the aim is to ignite artists' creativity, integrate sculpture seamlessly into architectural landscapes, and deepen public appreciation and understanding of the environment and spatial dynamics.
