Overview

BBA Gallery invites visual artists from all backgrounds to secure their spot for the 2027 edition of the flagship award. Whether you are an established practitioner or an emerging talent, the Artist Prize celebrates visual excellence across all contemporary disciplines. Submitting during the Early Bird period guarantees your portal access early, allowing you to upload and refine your submission details anytime before the official deadline.

  • Early Bird Deadline: 7 December 2026 (23:59 CET)

Eligibility

  • Open globally to all visual artists aged 18+
  • All mediums accepted (painting, sculpture, photography, video, installation, performance, mixed media)

What to Submit

  • Up to 5 image uploads per entry (up to 3 MB each)
  • Artist statement (max 300 words)
  • CV/exhibitions list
  • Artwork specifications (title, medium, dimensions, edition, year)

  • 1st Prize: €1,000 cash prize + Solo Exhibition at BBA Gallery + Artsy Profile + International Promotion
