Overview
The Institut Français d'Indonésie (IFI) and the Cité internationale des arts (Paris) offer the third edition of the Kota Residency Programme, a fully funded three-month residency in Paris designed to foster mobility of Indonesia-based artists and support the development of their artistic and professional networks.

- Residency location: Cité internationale des arts, Marais district, Paris
- Dates: 2 February to 27 April 2027
- Two artists will be awarded residencies
Support Provided
- Live-in studio at Cité internationale des arts (furnished space for living and working)
- Monthly stipend: €1,700 EUR net of taxes
- Round-trip international airfare from Indonesia to Paris
- Travel insurance and visa costs covered
- Professional support, networking opportunities, and encounters organised by programme partners
Eligibility
- Living and working in Indonesia for at least 7 years
- Work professionally in one or more of: visual arts, performance, sound and music research, performing arts, literature, design, architecture/urbanism
- Minimum 5 years of professional artistic experience
- Fluent in English or French
- Individual artists only (collective applications not eligible)
