Get help here: Cultural Funding Consultation Program description The funding program is aimed at professional Berlin artists and independent Berlin groups. Institutions that work in particular for and with Berlin's independent performing arts community are also eligible to apply. The aim is to make the existing and successful productions of Berlin artists and groups/ensembles accessible to a wider audience and thus to promote the development of the productions and the artists in a more sustainable way. Resumption funding is available to all artistic disciplines. The maximum application amount is €30,000 per project. Funding is available for resumption processes (rehearsals and performances) of individual and group projects. Institution Senate Department for Culture and Social Cohesion The Senate Department for Culture and Social Cohesion promotes art and culture within the scope of responsibility of the State of Berlin. The focus is on the promotion of qualitatively outstanding projects by Berlin artists. It is the task of the cultural administration to enable cultural participation and equal opportunities - regardless of nationality, ethnic origin, gender, religion or ideology, disability, age or sexual identity. In the field of music, the original production may have taken place outside Berlin. Revivals in the fields of spoken theater, children's and youth theater, puppet and figure theater, performance and dance, contemporary circus must generally include at least 4 performances/performances in Berlin. Revivals in the field of music and music theater must generally aim for at least 2 performances/appearances in Berlin. The plans for the revival must not yet have begun. Artists or the majority of the members of a group live and work in Berlin.
