Overview
Five Points Arts, a 501(c)(3) non-profit in Torrington, CT, is accepting submissions for its 2026 Small Works Juried Exhibition. Open to all artists 18 years or older working in any style or medium. All accepted works will be exhibited at Five Points Gallery and on the Five Points website.

Eligibility
- International juried call
- Open to artists 18 years or older, emerging and established
- Only original artworks in any style or medium
- Works not previously exhibited at Five Points Gallery
- Works must be 24 inches or smaller in any dimension (including frame)
Submission Requirements
- Up to 3 works per artist
- Submit through callforentry.org (CaFE) only; no email or mail submissions
- Images: minimum 1, maximum 3
- Dimensions cannot exceed 24 inches in any direction (including frame)
- Works requiring assembly or installation must include detailed written instructions with reference photos
- No artwork substitutions allowed
- All artwork must be for sale
Entry Fee
$35.00 for up to three works. VISA, Discover, MasterCard, or American Express accepted through CaFE.
Award & Juror
The award is a solo exhibition in Five Points Gallery in 2027/28. Juror: Patricia Carrigan, a CT painter and mixed media artist with an MFA in painting and drawing from the University of Connecticut (1994) and a BA from Hartwick College (1982). She has been a Professor of Visual Fine Arts at Manchester Community College for over twenty years and has received fellowships at the Vermont Studio Center and Ballinglen Artist Residency in Ireland, as well as Individual Artist Fellowship Grants from the Connecticut Commission on Culture and Tourism.
Selected Artwork Requirements
- All work must be ready for installation; works on paper can use magnets; framed works must be wired
- Label all work on back with: Artist Name, Title, Date, Artwork Medium, Dimension, and Price
- Provide printed Artist Statement (1 page limit) for exhibition binder
- Misrepresented, damaged, or unsuitable work will be refused/returned
- Gallery retains 50% commission on all sales
Delivery
Due to limited storage, all works must be delivered to Five Points Arts Center, 855 University Drive, Torrington, CT 06790 (NOT to Five Points Gallery). Delivery period: October 27 - November 13, 2026.
