Overview
The Secretaria da Cultura, Economia e Indústria Criativas do Estado de São Paulo, in partnership with the Associação Paulista dos Amigos da Arte (APAA), presents the Difusão Cult SP Program, an initiative to support and promote cultural and artistic activities throughout São Paulo State.
Objective
Support festivals, celebrations, fairs, and cultural events that promote local culture, regional identities, municipal history, and creative occupation of urban space, strengthening cultural diffusion across all regions of São Paulo State.
Who May Apply
- Municipal governments (prefeituras) in São Paulo State, excluding the capital
- Municipalities must not be in arrears with APAA
- Applications must be submitted by municipal public servants with job title and registration number indicated
Support Offered
- Up to R$ 20,000.00 per selected project
- Support covers artistic fees and infrastructure (stage, sound, lighting, generator, LED panel, tents, barriers, chemical toilets)
- No direct financial transfer to municipalities; APAA handles all contracting
Key Dates
- Application period: 26 February to 15 June 2026, until 18:00
- Project execution: 8 April to 31 December 2026
- Applications must be submitted at least 30 days before the event date
- Continuous selection throughout the application period
