The New Masters 4: Women Artists of Northeast Ohio is a juried exhibition hosted by the Florence O'Donnell Wasmer Gallery at Ursuline College campus of Gannon University in Pepper Pike, Ohio. The exhibition celebrates the creative excellence of women artists in the region.

Open only to emerging and professional women artists 18 years of age and older currently residing in the 18 counties of Northeast Ohio: Ashland, Ashtabula, Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, and Wayne.

  • Submissions open: Friday, July 24, 2026 at 5 PM EST
  • Submissions close: Sunday, August 23, 2026 by 11:59 PM EST
  • Online registration required
  • 2D artwork (including mat and frame): no larger than 30" X 40"
  • Works in a series: combined no larger than 30" X 40", maximum 6 pieces
  • Freestanding sculpture: must not exceed 40 pounds
  • All works must be original, created within the last 5 years
  • No reproductions, giclees, or artwork previously exhibited at Wasmer Gallery
  • Entry fee: $10 per entry
  • Maximum of 3 entries per artist
  • Cash awards determined by number of entries
  • Juror: Yana Mikho-Misho, artist, arts advocate and director of Cleveland, Ohio

All accepted artworks must arrive ready for installation. 2D works must be properly matted, backed, and under glass or plexi-glass with framed hardware (screw eyes or D-rings) and wires securely attached. All art must be signed, dated, and labeled. All entries must have a sale price or be marked NFS with an insurance value.

Artists are responsible for all delivery and pickup during stated days and times. No shipped works will be allowed. Late deliveries will not be accepted. Works will not be stored after the show closes.
