Agatha's Almanac is a documentary film by Amalie Atkins about 90-year-old Mennonite Agatha Bock, who lives alone on her ancestral farm in rural Manitoba. Shot on 16mm film over six years by an all-female crew, the film explores Agatha's meditative life cultivating heirloom seeds and tending her land using antiquated hand-labour techniques, without modern conveniences. The film won the Best Canadian Feature Documentary Award at Hot Docs 2025 and was selected for TIFF Canada's Top Ten for 2025.
