The National Arts Futures Fellowship (NAFF) is a six-month virtual leadership program rooted in democracy, wellness, and belonging. Designed and curated by Creative West in partnership with South Arts, NAFF equips early and mid-career arts and culture professionals to step into their power as civic leaders and cultural innovators.

  • Duration: November–May (6 months)
  • Format: Monthly 3-hour virtual sessions, small-group coaching, and cross-regional peer learning
  • Fellows: 25 leaders selected across the Creative West and South Arts regions
  • Cost: Free to participate

Open to early and mid-career arts and culture professionals. Only individuals may apply.

  • 1 submission per applicant

Fellows may request $250–$1,000 in flexible funding to test, pilot, or implement their Personal Action Projects during the fellowship.
