Overview
The National Arts Futures Fellowship (NAFF) is a six-month virtual leadership program rooted in democracy, wellness, and belonging. Designed and curated by Creative West in partnership with South Arts, NAFF equips early and mid-career arts and culture professionals to step into their power as civic leaders and cultural innovators.

- Duration: November–May (6 months)
- Format: Monthly 3-hour virtual sessions, small-group coaching, and cross-regional peer learning
- Fellows: 25 leaders selected across the Creative West and South Arts regions
