About
Overview
VIVID '26 is an annual juried national exhibition at d'Art Center featuring 2D and 3D artworks in all mediums that are exceptionally vibrant, bold, loud, and/or brilliant in color. Open to all functional, non-functional, fine art, and fine art craft in all styles. The exhibition will be in-person and also featured digitally on d'Art Center's archive site.

- Call Open: Friday, August 21st – Sunday, September 20th, 2026
- Jury Period: Monday, September 21st – Sunday, September 27th, 2026
- Notifications (by email): By 5pm, Monday, September 28th, 2026
- Accepted works arrive by: 5pm Saturday, October 24th, 2026
- Exhibition: Saturday, October 31st – Saturday, December 5th, 2026
- Opening Reception: Friday, November 6th, 5:30–7:30pm
Eligibility & Requirements
Open to all artists. Works cannot exceed a weight of 50 pounds or be longer/larger than 60 inches in the longest dimension. Size and weight restrictions may be waived by contacting the Gallery Director prior to submission. Wall hanging art must have a wire or cleat.
Media & Submissions
Submit 3–10 images of 2D or 3D artworks in any medium. The $35 entry fee covers 3 image submissions. You may submit the same work multiple times (including detail images) or different works. Each additional submission over 3 is an additional $5.
Fees & Awards
- Entry Fee: $35 for 3 submissions; $5 per additional submission (up to 10 total)
- 1st Place: $500.00
- 2nd Place: $300.00
- 3rd Place: $150.00
- Gallery Commission: 60% artist, 40% d'Art Center on sales
How to Submit
Submit images via the online system. If submitting 3D work, create a tile image showing multiple sides or use additional slots for detail images, labeled as such.
Delivery & Pickup
Hand-delivered works accepted through pre-arrangement; contact [email protected]. d'Art Center is open Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–5pm, and until 7pm Thursdays. Shipped work generally returns by the Wednesday following December 5th, 2026. Pickup available starting Tuesday, December 8th.
