Get matched →The World of Threads Festival is a leading international showcase of contemporary fibre and textile art organized by a not-for-profit initiative with charitable status. Festival 2026-27 features over 900 artworks by 192 artists from 22 countries. Artists come from Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Colombia, Curaçao, Denmark, Egypt, England, Finland, France, Hungary, India, Israel, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland and the United States.
Water Stories is the major festival exhibition exploring humanity's relationships to water from ecological, political, spiritual, cultural, economic and recreational perspectives. Across Time brings together ten artists from seven countries for a global conversation about cultural heritage, tradition and memory. War and Displacement features eight artists from three countries whose work responds to war and displacement. Nature Reclaimed showcases twelve artists with deep spiritual connections to nature. In The Round features eight artists who have created circular artworks.
Solo Shows presents outstanding bodies of work by 41 artists throughout the building. Installations include 21 installations and large wall-works throughout the building.
