For the segment of larger international and local individual projects with a project volume of up to 150,000 euros, applications from all artists are possible all year round, which are then submitted to the delegate committee (15,000 – 50,000 euros) or the program advisory board for art in public space (from 50,000 euros). In addition to this possibility, the large international projects are also advertised in invited competitions organized by the program advisory board. The format of the “carte blanche” is only decided by the program advisory board; it is not possible to apply on your own initiative.
The passage is curated by Public Art Munich with international and local positions. Initiative applications are possible.
The different formats of the culture of remembrance in public space are developed in separate procedures in cooperation with Public History München.
