DAS MINSK is a museum for modern and contemporary art in Potsdam with a history as a terrace restaurant. The Culinary Residency invites chefs, artists, food designers, and interdisciplinary practitioners to develop projects that explore cooking as an artistic and cultural practice, engaging with themes of community, memory, hospitality, nutrition, sustainability, and food systems.

Possible formats include: seasonal menu contributions or signature dishes for the museum café; public cooking evenings or supper clubs; cooking workshops and courses; communal eating and participatory formats; artistic or performative dinners; projects on regional, historical, or sustainable food cultures; and interdisciplinary collaborations. The organization welcomes experimental approaches and projects that connect culinary practice with artistic research.
