The prize is awarded biennially for works in painting, drawing, photography, and sculpture that demonstrate both artistic merit and humanitarian engagement while addressing the specified theme.

30,00 EUR entry fee per artwork submitted.
12,000 EUR plus possible recognition prizes for the winner(s).
