Teeny Tiny BOLD is a national juried exhibition of small works celebrating the power of art on a compact scale. Working within a limited scale invites artists to distill ideas, refine craftsmanship, and create work with lasting presence. Open to all subjects and themes in any two- or three-dimensional medium.

  • Artist Sunday Open House: Sunday, November 29, 11 am – 2 pm
  • Artist Reception: Friday, December 11, 4–7 pm

Open to artists age 18 or older who reside in the United States or U.S. territories. AI-generated artwork is not eligible.

All two- and three-dimensional media welcome, including but not limited to painting, drawing, collage, photography, fiber, metal, ceramics, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media, and digital media. Finished work must not exceed 12 inches in any direction, including frame, base, or mounting.

Submit 3–6 images and/or up to 4 videos (total of 3–6 assets). Entries must represent the original creative work of the submitting artist and may not include imagery or compositions generated by artificial intelligence.

John T. Upchurch is a Chicago-based sculptor whose work explores the intersection of artifact, invention, and memory. He earned his BFA from the Kansas City Art Institute in 1990.
