Courtesy of Fundación arteba arteba 2026 will take place from Friday, November 6 to Sunday, November 8 (with previews on Wednesday the 4th and Thursday the 5th) at the La Rural fairgrounds in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After 35 years, the foundation continues its pursuit of enhancing quality and bringing more people closer to contemporary Argentine art. The selection of proposals received for the Main Section will be carried out by an independent committee made up of Nicolás Barraza (director of Mite gallery, Buenos Aires), Juan Eyheremendy (director of Vermelho gallery, São Paulo), Florencia Giordana Braun (director of Rolf Art gallery, Buenos Aires), Florencia Malbran (independent curator, Buenos Aires), and Lara Marmor (independent curator, Buenos Aires). For the Utopia section, the committee formed by Juan José Cambre (artist, Buenos Aires) and Santiago Villanueva (artist and independent curator, Buenos Aires) will evaluate the proposals and provide curatorial support to the selected artistic projects. For the second consecutive year, the fair will host the International Dialogue Zone, curated by Aimé Iglesias Lukin (Director and Chief Curator at Americas Society in New York), a space fostering connections between Argentina and projects from the international scene.
