Handmade Holiday Market 2026

Overview

This one-day indoor art show features up to 70 jewelers, designers, artisans, and crafters. The show is marketed as a holiday gift, jewelry, and home decor event. Booth spaces available are 10'x5' and 20'x5'. Artists keep all sales income from the show.

Key Dates

• Through November 30, 2025: Early Bird Application Promo
• January 16, 2026: Application due
• February 16, 2026: Notifications of festival status online
• February 17 and thereafter: Late applications accepted
• March 16, 2026: Registration forms and show fees due (in full or half)
• March 17, 2026 and thereafter: Late registration fees apply
• April 1, 2026: Last day for refunds (less $50)
• November 22, 2026: Event date

Location

Grand Marquee Ballroom at the Lincolnshire Marriott, Lincolnshire, Illinois (about 34 miles north of Chicago). The venue is windowed and high-ceilinged, located in a highly-educated community with affluent surrounding suburbs.

Application & Fees

• Application fee: $20
• Minimum 4 images required to apply
• Table and chair rentals available (fees apply)
• Load-in: Saturday morning before the show; artists must dolly into the event space

Support & Marketing

Amdur Productions staff is present throughout the entire festival to assist artists from load-in to load-out. Booth sitting available for artists. Large multi-layered marketing plan includes paid advertising, trade media, posters, and robust social media.

Wait List Policy

A wait list is selected from jury scores in each category. Wait-listed artists are invited as cancellations occur in their category and can resubmit art images and/or booth image for reconsideration. Wait-listed artists can be accepted up to and on the day of the show and will be notified by phone and/or email when a booth becomes available.
