The funding aims to increase international visibility and strengthen artistic development and networks for Danish artists. Exhibitions featuring living Danish contemporary artists are prioritized, but exhibitions featuring deceased Danish artists are also eligible. The Foundation seeks to fund projects that reflect breadth and diversity in artistic oeuvres, practices, media, curatorial perspectives, periods, geography, gender, and art forms, supporting both established institutions and up-and-coming art scene protagonists.
