Arizona's first Arts Learning and Leadership (ALL) AZ Summit, hosted by the Phoenix Conservatory of Music and facilitated by ArtsEd West. The summit provides access to 2 breakout sessions featuring over 20 sessions, a nationally-recognized keynote and master workshop facilitator, community-building and networking with facilitated solutions-making sessions, and hands-on art-making sessions. Participants gain skills and tools to shape public policy in their community.

Over 140,000 Arizona students lack access to arts education. 28% of Arizona schools offer no arts courses. Six Arizona counties are seeing a decline in school-based arts education. Access to the arts is part of each child's civil rights, develops crucial neurological pathways, and students who participate in the arts are more likely to graduate from high school.
