About
Overview
Join LS Creates for the 2026 Arty Party, an Art in Motion fundraiser and auction featuring both silent and live auctions of artwork by local and regional artists. Proceeds benefit Art Sponsorship Funds to foster creativity and culture in the community.

Silent Auction
- 20 pieces total
- Maximum size: 16" x 20"
- Any medium welcome — paintings, photography, mixed media, sculpture, signed prints
- Artists may submit up to 3 works
- Artist sets price with minimum bid of $100
- Artwork must be brought ready to hang
Live Painting Auction
- 2-3 artists will be chosen
- Maximum size: 24" x 36" ready to display
- Any medium — pieces can be started in advance and finished live, then auctioned that night
Compensation
Proceeds from each artwork will be split 50% to the artist and 50% to the fundraiser. Each auction listing will include a QR code linking to the artist's website or shop for direct sales and future commissions. Selected artists receive one free ticket to the event with hors d'oeuvres included.
How to Apply
Submit up to 3 pieces (images & descriptions) along with your contact information, short artist bio, and W-9 form. You may submit an application for both the silent auction and live auction, but you must submit a separate application for each category.
Requirements
- Work must be ready to hang or display
- All participating artists must submit a W-9 form for payment processing
- Artists are responsible for delivery and pickup of unsold work
