BAYSHORE Fall Fest 2026

Overview

BAYSHORE Fall Fest is an outdoor, mixed-use shopping center festival in Glendale, Wisconsin featuring artists, crafters, and makers selling their work. All media types are welcome, from art to food, clothing, home décor, and more.

Key Dates

• May 31, 2026: Application due
• June 1, 2026 and thereafter: Late applications accepted
• June 9, 2026: Notifications of festival status online
• June 15, 2026: Registration forms and show fees due
• June 16, 2026 and thereafter: Late registration fees apply
• July 1, 2026: Last day for refunds (less $50)
• October 10–11, 2026: Festival dates

Eligibility

Open to artists, crafters, and makers. All media types welcome.

Application

Minimum 4 images required to apply.

Fees

• Application fee: $10
• Tents, weights, tables, and chairs available for rent
• Pro-panel walls: $300 for 9 panels fully set up; $250 for 9 panels without setup (first come/first served, limited quantity)

Artist Benefits

• Artists keep all sales income from the show
• Free parking for artists
• Saturday morning load-in; artists can drive up close to booth space
• Amdur Productions staff available throughout festival for setup assistance and booth sitting

Wait List Policy

A wait list is selected from jury scores in each category. Wait-listed artists can resubmit images for reconsideration and may be accepted up to and on the day of the show as cancellations occur. Notification by phone and/or email.
