Overview
The Waterloo Center for the Arts' Holiday Arts Festival has been happening annually for over 55 years. It is a premier indoor arts festival, kicking off the holiday shopping season. All artists must apply annually. Average attendance is 2,000–2,500.

- Early set-up: Friday, November 13, 2026, 9:00am–5:00pm
- Day-of set-up: Saturday, November 14, 2026, 6:00–9:00am (artists must be ready by 9:00am)
- Festival: Saturday, November 14, 2026, 9:00am–4:00pm and Sunday, November 15, 2026, 9:00am–4:00pm
- Artists' Social Hour: Saturday, November 14, 2026, 4:30pm

Eligibility
All mediums welcome. Emerging artists are encouraged to apply.
Fee
Application fee: $15 (non-refundable).
Logistics
Artists are expected to participate both days. Carts, dollies, and personnel will be available to assist with loading and unloading. Festival volunteers will also be available to provide breaks throughout the event. Overnight security will be provided. Onsite dining options are available for purchase.
