The ART14 Residency provides artists a place to concentrate on projects in a comfortable, collaborative, and creative space in conjunction with the L.a. Studio community's art outreach and programming.

Newly renovated apartments for artists in residence are located above the studios on the second floor. Private rooms are available with shared access to kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, the garden, and the gym. The renovated St. Mary's School building (constructed in 1912) offers 12-foot high ceilings and large 7-foot windows providing natural daylight and spacious workspaces. 24-hour access to designated studio space is available.

Artists' objectives are self-prescribed. All types of artists, writers, musicians, etc. are welcome, and collaboration is encouraged but not required. Visiting artists are encouraged to provide workshops to the local community during their stay in their chosen field, as well as exhibit work and works in progress created during the stay.
