About
Overview
The Utah Watercolor Society's Fall Member Exhibition runs October 9–November 6, 2026 at Ramble Art Gallery in Bountiful, Utah. Only current UWS members may enter; full-time high school and college students in Utah are eligible at a reduced rate.

- Submission deadline: September 11, 2026, 11:59 pm
- Notification of acceptance: September 17, 2026
- Painting dropoff: October 3, 2026, 9:00 am–Noon
- Opening reception & awards: October 9, 2026, 6:00–7:30 pm
- Final day of exhibition: November 6, 2026
- Painting pickup: November 7, 2026, 10:00 am–Noon
Entry requirements
All work must be original, painted in water media (watercolor, gouache, water-based dyes, ink, acrylic, casein, egg tempera) in a primarily aqueous manner, completed within the last two years, and not previously exhibited in UWS or WFWS juried exhibitions. AI-generated or AI-assisted paintings are not permitted. All reference photographs must be taken by the artist; use of copyrighted sources is prohibited. Three-dimensional art and digital art are not accepted.
Submission details
Submit online via ArtCall. Each entry requires painting title, medium, size, price (paintings must be for sale), and a digital image of the painting only (no frame or mat). Biography and artist statement are optional. Maximum three entries per participant.
Fees
- UWS members: $20 for first entry, $15 for second entry, $15 for third entry
- Students: $15 per entry
- No refunds once payment is received
Venue commission
The gallery retains 40% commission on all art sales.
