Get matched →This pilot program supports individuals and organizations in providing meaningful arts experiences for Minnesotans within their communities. Funds may be used for a variety of arts projects such as creating and/or presenting concerts, plays, tours, exhibitions, arts festivals, public art, or other kinds of activities that provide Minnesotans with opportunities to engage in arts activities that are instilled into community or public life.

Proposals will be reviewed based on: (1) Applicant's established track record of engaging Minnesotans in meaningful arts programming (12 points); (2) Feasible plan to provide meaningful arts programming rooted in needs and interests of intended audience, carried out by qualified team (24 points); (3) Benefit to underserved populations, with board/staff or authentic applicant connection reflecting the populations served (12 points).
All applicants must use the WebGrants system to apply and submit materials electronically. Registration is required.
