LINA (Learning, Interacting and Networking in Architecture) is a European architecture platform connecting a network of 35 organisations including museums, universities, biennials, triennials, festivals, publishers, and research networks. LINA seeks emerging creatives working at the intersection of architecture and spatial practices to help 'better our common future.' Selected individuals and teams will become Spotlight LINA Fellows for 2026–2027, invited to the LINA Forum in Barcelona to build connections and explore collaborations with LINA Member organisations.

Open to individuals or teams (collectives) working at the intersection of architecture and spatial practices, including architecture, art, spatial practices, design, filmmaking, community activism, urban planning, landscape architecture, engineering, ecology, visual arts, multimedia, film, photography, communication, research, and choreography. No educational or age requirements. Applicants must be not yet internationally established or broken through to an international audience in their field. Only residents and nationals of the 41 Creative Europe countries and Switzerland may apply. If applying as a team, the lead applicant must individually meet the eligibility requirement.

Selection as a Spotlight LINA Fellow for 2026–2027. Invitation to the LINA Forum in Barcelona, Spain (22–23 October 2026). Accommodation provided for one representative per selected Fellow. Travel reimbursement of up to €350 to attend the LINA Forum. Promotional materials (photo and video portraits) and promotion via LINA's communication channels. Potential collaboration opportunities with LINA Member organisations within the LINA Architecture Programme, which may include mentoring, facilitation, residencies, research, writing, exhibiting, public engagement, or programming. All applicants (selected or not) are eligible to collaborate in LINA Architecture Programme activities over the following year, and all applications are published on the LINA website.

Applications are submitted online and reviewed and voted on by representatives from each LINA Member organisation, based on innovation, originality, and ingenuity. Selection as a Spotlight LINA Fellow does not guarantee direct funding or collaboration with a LINA Member; proposals are more likely to be adjusted to fit a Member's specific programme requirements, or applicants may be invited to develop an entirely different idea. Applicants not selected as Spotlight Fellows may still become 'Invited LINA Fellows' if a LINA Member initiates direct contact with them. Several Zoom Q&A sessions are offered biweekly for applicants with questions about the call.
