Overview
Leading with Purpose is a 6-day residential program for arts and cultural leaders seeking to expand organizational leadership capacity and prepare for growth, change, and increased accountability. Through real-world case studies, experiential learning, and peer engagement, participants gain frameworks for strategic decision-making, resource stewardship, and organizational effectiveness.

Who Should Apply
This program is designed for arts, heritage, and creative industries professionals including administrators, managers, and directors in arts and heritage organizations; creative producers and consultants; education and engagement specialists; artists (Indigenous, Canadian, and international); and community-based arts and heritage workers. Applicants working outside the arts, heritage, and creative industries must demonstrate in their application how their work will benefit from this program.

- Participants receiving funding must contribute at least 25% of total cost
- International and non-arts-sector participants pay full program fee
