About
Overview
Elements is an open call for photographers to submit up to 8 images exploring the theme of Elements. Selected photographers will have their work printed and displayed in a month-long exhibition at Glasgow Gallery of Photography (which receives over 500 visitors monthly and has 75K website visitors yearly), featured in an online gallery, included in an exhibition catalogue, and promoted via the gallery's social media (15K+ Instagram followers).
Theme
Explore Elements as the building blocks of the world around us. You may interpret this through the Four Elements (Earth, Wind, Water, Fire), weather and its impact on our lives, or elements as building blocks of the universe using the periodic table as a starting point. How you interpret the theme is up to you.
