Overview

The Boulder Art Festival is an annual celebration of creativity on the Pearl Street Mall, a historic four-block pedestrian mall in the heart of Downtown Boulder. The festival features visual art, handcrafted goods, local merchants, and live music, drawing thousands of interested buyers and visitors.

Eligibility

Open to all artists and makers of handmade crafts. All participants must make their own merchandise; reproductions are permitted but reselling of mass-produced items is not allowed. All work sold must be of original design. This event is open to all mediums of art and craft items.

Selection Process

The jury is composed of Colorado artists representing various media. The number of exhibitors in each category and selection of exhibitors shall be determined by the jury. Artists may apply in more than one category but must submit separate applications and jury fees for each medium.

Colorado Events is a Colorado-based nonprofit organization producing high-quality community festivals since 2002. The organization operates art festivals and outdoor markets in Denver, Boulder, Glenwood Springs, Colorado Springs, Estes Park, Winter Park, Crested Butte, Vail, and Fort Collins.
