Overview
MADE IN BRIANZA – 2025 offers seven artistic residencies of 15–21 days each in theater, circus, music, dance, and multidisciplinary work across venues in the Brianza region. The project aims to create new relationships with the territory and support young and emerging artists and groups operating professionally.

Who May Apply
National or international artists, groups, ensembles, and companies working in theater, circus, dance, and music, with an artistic project in development that has not yet been presented to the public in final form by the residency end date. Multidisciplinary projects involving artists from different disciplines are highly welcome.
Award & Support
A total budget of €3,200 will support a maximum of 2 residencies. Up to 4 artists per residency will receive €650 each (€500 for rehearsal costs, €150 for meals at €10 per day). Up to 2 tutors will receive €300 each. Payments require itemized receipts listing artist names and all residency dates.
Objectives
Promote and support artist creativity. Offer spaces and time for study, research, and artistic creation. Provide spaces for experimentation and support in dramaturgy, direction, performance, technical, and organizational matters.
Application Requirements
- Completed and signed application form (to be scanned)
- Artistic project description (max 2,000 characters including spaces)
- Brief description of work to be done in residency with venue and period preferences (max 1,000 characters including spaces)
- Composition of artistic and organizational team with names, surnames, dates of birth, domiciles, and roles
- Brief curriculum of the company and/or participating artists
- Description of any collaborations with other residency structures
Selection
A maximum of seven projects will be selected for the residencies indicated. The selection committee consists of Michela Marelli and Margherita Colombo, whose judgment is final.
